While it is a great pity that the comment is a negative one, because we never escape any responsibility when you told us there are lights not working. As a 20-year-old manufacturer, we've done many projects and most of the defect reported from our clients are caused by the misoperation. That's why we need our clients to help doing test according to the instruction from our engineer. Surely we are not saying that you've misoperated the product. And we are not saying that our products are perfect. We are just need the help from our client to solve the problem. Anyway things happened with reasons as we are human with feelings, with knowledge, with judge. We appreciate your trust and support in our company.
